The play is about Room 13 and Room 15 fighting about who is going to be better in the exhibition they our holding together. The moral to this story is that we need to look for what brings us together, rather than what divides us.
When we first started this play, we were just getting the hang of acting. Right now, well we are typing and we are trying to rehearse the best we can. This means that we can all work on the blog and Ms. Chown can rehearse with different actors.
We interviewed some people in our class to find out what they thought about our play. One person said that they have mixed emotions (both happy and nervous), another is very excited, another feels good and accomplished. However, this is unlike another person in our class who feels like the play needs some more words. However, we understand that gatherings are only 15 minutes long so it is not possible to write a play with more lines for everyone and only make it last 15 minutes. When Ms. Chown was a teenager, she was in a play and she only had two words to say.
So, we hope you come and see our gathering on November 8th. We won't tell you any more because if you want to learn more then come and see the play for yourself!
