Room fifteen visited the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. It was a lot of fun. Our car pools were fun too.
There were so many animals at the Safari Park. We saw the California condor, a white rhino, giraffes, big horned sheep, a rare golden eagle, a bald eagle, an ocelot, cheetah, a python, fennec fox and a giant lizard. And we got to pet and brush goats.

OK, let us tell you about the whole trip. Lets talk about the california condor first. Now this bird is HUGE. It is about as tall as a 4th grader, and it can spread its wings to 6 feet! WOW! Just imagine how big that bird is. Take it from me. I saw it. It is big.
Now let me tell you about the white rhinos. The white rhinos are very endangered, and they have not made a great comeback which means that they are quite rare. You can help by picking up trash and keeping our world clean.

You have learned about the California condor and white rhino, but what about the golden eagle? The golden eagle is called the golden eagle because their neck is golden. They too are very endangered. The bird that we saw was called Tonka. She was found on a mountain when she was a baby. She had a broken wing.
The hiker called the animal rescue department and they came and took Tonka the the animal rescue. She was treated very well and someone even taught her how to fly. We saw her and she was very sweet, although Tonka's handler said Tonka thought we were maids! The golden eagle is the national bird of Mexico!

The bald eagle, that was just a bird that we saw and same with the ocelot, cheetah, python and giant lizard. But let me tell you about the fennec fox. well that was another that we just saw but from looking at it. It seemed shy.
Now for our last animal the Big horned sheep. At first we couldn't see any big horned sheep but then suddenly they ran into our view. The male one was chasing the female all around the enclosure. Well… boys just like impressing girls!
It was a lot of fun telling you about our experience here but we gotta run! GOOD BYE!
