At first when I was in third grade about to graduate I wondered what class I would be in next and what teacher I would have. I was pretty sad about leaving Ms. Funk’s class because i've been in her class for 2 YEARS IN A ROW! So I said goodbye and farewell and adieu and I left.
Now I'm in summer camp how about we fast forward to 4th grade…
It was my first day in 4th grade I wondered who my teacher was, then she showed up. She looked like she was British, kind and strict but looks don’t tell everything about people so I went to say “hi” and “nice to meet you” and then I went to read the board and I couldn't read the board because it was in cursive so I tried my hardest and I couldn't read it so I asked Ms Chown if she could help me read it and she said yes. Soon it was easy to read it by myself. Now I know how to read cursive better and I feel more confident.
Now it is the end of fourth grade and I'm thinking about the other ways that I changed. I am better at writing details, cursive writing, math (for example 2-digit by 2-digit multiplication strategies), reading harder books and lots of them, drawing, spelling, etc.
Overall, the thing that I will remember most about fourth grade is I learned a lot, way more than I expected! I feel sad about leaving this class but I can’t wait to see what I will learn in fifth grade.
THE END!
