Today we had a packet of new handwriting on our desk, it was called…U.K. style! We usually write in printing or cursive but this is like a combination of both.

When I was in kindergarten i had terrible handwriting. When I would try to write, my hand would go all over the page and I’d end up with a whole bunch of scribbles. I was so embarrassed! However I kept practicing and finally by the end of the month, I was able to write at a pretty high standard for a kindergartener. Unfortunately in three years I would be learning cursive. In three years I was able to write in cursive like a pro!

Now, back to U.K. style. On the first page we wrote different level heights of C’s. Then on the next page at the top we wrote different levels of O’s, in the middle we wrote different levels of A’s, and at the bottom we wrote, without connecting it, cocoa really, really, tiny! I completed the first page and I’m working on the next page, actually I’m working on the O’s on the second page!

If you’re in room 15, what page are you working on?

Write something about yourself. No need to be fancy, just an overview.
