The biggest fall event ever made in the world is about to happen. It is called FALL FESTIVAL.
Every year at the fall festival we have a scarecrow raffle. Each class makes a scarecrow, and there are 15 classes! WOW! That is a lot of scarecrows! They’re all different too! (there is an anthropologist, a headless horseman, 2 minions a recycler a yeti a mummy a superstar and much more! One class is even doing Harry Potter!) How do you get the scarecrows you say? Well here: during the festival there is a large bowl. People write their names on a piece of scratch paper and put in the big bowl, and at the end of the festival someone takes a card out of the bowl and lets say Audrey’s name came out. She would win that scarecrow.
But there isn’t just scarecrows during fall festival. Then it wouldn’t be a big festival. Right? There are many games during the festival (such as the spooky trail, the lucky key, the hay dig and much much more).
Let me tell you about the spooky trail. Well you go up 3 stairs. Then you get in a wagon and someone pulls you down at high speeds. Penultimately you get out, and finally you walk in and see terror, and it is very authentic.
Last year we had a petting zoo with chickens, ducks and dozens of terrifyingly cute bunnies. Everybody was allowed to pet or hold any animal in the fence area. The animals were very scared and tried to get away. But some wanted to be held and were very soft.
Now let me tell you about the cake walk. There are 1-10 numbers. Music starts and you walk around the numbers. When the music stops, someone pulls out 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 or 10. the number he pulls out is the number that the person is out. It was really fun because the winner gets a cake! T
Although it is fun, there are some rules. One is not yelling in the spooky trail if you are not scared because last year a 5th grader was in the spooky trail. Impetuously he screamed for no reason. So then a kindergartener came to the spooky trail and at the end, he cried. He was freaked because the 5th grader had screamed earlier. Another big rule is no physical contact. Well that is a easy one because someone could get hurt by being hit in the face or something like that. The biggest rule is HAVE FUN!
Well that was a lot of fun telling you about the fall festival but we got to run! Bye!
