This weekend I am a houseguest at the home of Halle Kamari, her mom Amye and brother Jace. It has been a terrific weekend! Oh dear though, did I mention they have a family member who is a cat named Gunther? Fortunately for me, Halle has been diligent about keeping Gunther and me apart from each other! A run-in with Gunther could be a final event for me!! Ugh! But all is going well. Gunther is not trying to eat me, and I am not trying to poop on Gunther. It is turning out to be a nice relationship! Halle has been keeping my cage home clean and making sure I have plenty of water and food. She likes to hold me on her lap and give me hamster treats! She let me play in her colorful hat. I wanted to tell her that I really needed to go peepee when she put me in there, but since I cannot communicate using language with humans, I ended up in the hat with a full bladder. Thus, when Halle took me out of the hat, it was filled with hamster pee! Halle wasn’t even irritated about it. She just placed me back in my home and cleaned out her hat. Not sure she will be wearing the hat again any time soon though! Not sure I would either! At Halle’s house, we spent lots of time relaxing in the living room with a beautifully colorful tree and a warm fireplace. We even watched some Christmas movies and ate (Halle ate, that is) some Christmas treats. I think Halle really likes having a hamster as a house guest. I bet when she grows up and has her own home, she will have a hamster as a member of her family! At least I hope so. She is a terrific hamster family member!! I wonder who I will stay with next. It should be a long stay, because I believe the school will be on a two-week break! I hope it will be with someone who does not have a cat. Or, at least, a cat with no teeth!! Sincerely, Nibbles |

That was a great blog post Nibbles and I still can't believe that you can write this. I wanted to know how do you get on to the computer? and how you can open the cage?
