drawing our noses
Sketch, erase, look. Sketch, erase, look, sigh. In Room 15, we were drawing our noses. I have never noticed how hard this was. Wow!
Ok, lets see. “Five more minutes,” Ms. Chown said.
I can do this. I thought to myself. Ok. Last line. I drew the line.
”Time’s up!” Ms .Chown said as her timer buzzed.
”I did it!” I said in my head proudly.
“Come to the rug to get sticky notes for gallery walk” Ms.Chown was saying. I walked over to the rug and grabbed 5 post-its. I headed over to purple table and commented on Annia’s nose. “I really like the way you drew your freckles” I wrote. “It looks very realistic.”

Drawing ms. Chown's Ear
Everyone was working with a partner to draw look at and draw their ear. This is pat of our Adventure, Adventure, Arrghh! Project. We are creating drafts of our features so that we can draw a portrait of an adventurer. I was drawing Ms. Chown’s ear because she was my partner. I was sticking my tongue out because I was concentrating so hard. I was so worried that I was sweating! Then I saw a puncher on her ear. But I didn’t know how to draw it. So I did a dot with lines pointing to the dot on the bottom of her ear. And the shading on her ear. Now i was on her hair. The hair was my favorite part. By Charlotte |
